the things that pissed me off today (as a demonstration of how crazy bar/bri makes you)

1. pre-freshmen. the only thing on campus worse than freshmen, these children swarmed the campus for the last two days. one of them made 3 cars wait on the street while she ambled, slowly across while checking her voice mail. and she wasn't even in a crosswalk.

2. small child in store. "mooooooooom, come here mooooooom! looooook at this mom!" while mom stood near me and ignored the small child 4 aisles over screaming at the top of his lungs.

3. too much pizza in the fridge. my husband refuses to throw out leftover pizza but simiarly refuses to eat said leftover pizza at any point. we currently have 3 kinds of leftover pepperoni pizza currently in the fridge.

4. the individual student who is the sole cause of not having my grade yet. this student did not turn in a portion of the final and so the powers that be are trying to figure out what to do. this is also why 2Ls and 3Ls do not have rankings yet.

5. my friend in washington who apparently does not love me anymore. you know who you are. an email once a month is NOT keeping in touch.

6. receptions at the doctor's office. "and why do you need an appointment?" "i need to do my yearly blood tests to make sure i'm not dying." "what? we don't do that." "this doctor is an internist. it's EXACTLY what she does." /sigh

7. the accent of the host on "Hit Me Baby One More Time" on NBC. he sounds like the villian in Gone in 60 Seconds. annoying.

8. my parents who do not seem to understand what the bar is all about. "can't you take a weekend off?" sure, if you'll support me for the next year after i fail the bar!

9. big firms. "We are highly impressed with your resume and credentials. However, we are not hiring any more entry level attorneys this year." add another letter to the rejection pile.

10. not having a job. enough said.

see--irrational and crazy! i think we all should be separated form the general public while studying for this damn thing. okay, back to making flashcards for me.
